RESORT HOUSE RULES

Check-in and check-out policy: Check-in Time: 2:00 PM/Check-out Time: 12:00 NN

For overnight stays, check-in time is at 2:00 PM, and check-out time is at 12:00 noon the following day.

Please note that there will be no adjustment in check-out time if the guest checks in later than 2:00 PM. Late check-out will be charged accordingly with an extra fee.

Guests arriving earlier than the designated check-in time may utilize the hotel waiting area or common area at no additional cost. Thank you for your understanding.

Personal Incidental Deposit Upon check-in, our Front Desk Agent will request an incidental deposit of Php 2,000 per room.

This deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay. Any additional charges accrued at the resort may be deducted from your incidental deposit.

The Hotel Keepers act of the Philippines is implemented.

Room Capacity: Adherence to the designated room capacity is strictly required. An additional fee will be imposed for surpassing the maximum occupancy.

Pet Policy: No pets are allowed inside the rooms and in the Farm ruminants area. Guests may bring domesticated pets, provided they are properly supervised and pose no risk to other guests. Any damages caused by the pet will be charged to the guest.

SWIMMING POOL RULES

Operating Hours: The swimming pool is accessible from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

No Lifeguard on Duty: Kindly note that there is no lifeguard on duty. Guests using the pool do so at their own risk.

Guest Access: The pool is exclusively for Hacienda Angelita Nature Farm and Resort guests only. Visiting guests are not permitted. Management reserves the right to deny pool access to anyone at any time.

Child Supervision: Parents and guardians are responsible for their children. Children under seven (7) years old or less than four feet tall must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Prohibited Items: Glassware, bottles, food, and drinks are strictly prohibited in the pool area. Additionally, no candy, chewing gum, or smoking is allowed poolside.

No Pets: Animals or pets are not permitted in the pool or pool area.

Safety Regulations: Running, horseplay, diving, somersaults, or any other unsafe activities are strictly prohibited around the pool facility. Persons acting in an unsafe or objectionable manners will be asked to leave. Admission will be denied to individuals under the influence of alcohol.

Keep It Clean: Please contribute to maintaining the cleanliness of our resort by disposing of all trash in designated trash cans before leaving the pool area. Your cooperation is highly appreciated.

Guests are required to observe these House Rules which are designed and aimed for their protection. The management reserves the right to implement additional and applicable rules to regulate the safety and well-being of our guests. Violation of these Rules will result in eviction without refund for all guests.

By booking at Hacienda Angelita Nature Farm and Resort, the guest is deemed to have read, understood and accepted aforesaid House Rules. Rules and regulations might change at any time.
